Nick Gray

Nick has always had a passion for art and movies. As a child, he spent countless hours drawing and creating comic books with his friends. As he got older, he found a way to combine these two loves by reimagining movie posters for his favorite films. This passion eventually led him to pursue a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing, where he honed his skills and developed his unique design perspective.

When Nick works with clients, he makes it a priority to understand their vision for the project. He likes to sit down with them and have a conversation about what the project means to them, and what they hope to achieve with it. For movie poster designs, he asks if he can view the movie, so that he can get a sense of its tone, themes, and visual style. He wants to understand everything about the film and the story behind it – any symbolism or deeper meaning behind it, why it was written and filmed in a particular way, and what the director and producers are hoping to achieve. By getting to know his clients and their projects in-depth, Nick can create designs that truly capture their vision and resonate with their audience.

Throughout his career as a graphic designer, Nick has had the pleasure of working on many exciting projects. One of his favorites was for the film ‘Callback,’ which tells the story of two struggling actors who use their acting skills to succeed in the crime world. As a fan of dark and gritty crime movies, he was thrilled to work on a project that allowed him to pay homage to the greats that he grew up loving. Additionally, he has enjoyed working on projects for Spellbound Inc., a production company with a strong message and vision. Each project he works on presents its own unique challenges, but Nick’s passion for movies and design helps him to create memorable and impactful designs that truly capture the essence of the project.
